How to Become a Sponsor

1. Fill out and send us your sponsorship form. The form can be filled out online by clicking the button below or printed and mailed with a check. Please send completed forms to 4701 Howland Road Almont, MI 48003.

 

2. Send in a check or donate using our online system.
